Hello. Some how you have stumbled across one of my little sections of the world. Welcome. My name is Ryan and this blog is dedicated to keeping me sane.  If you want to know the inter-workings of my brain and what’s going on in my life physically, spiritually, emotionally and any other kind of -ally then you are in a good place to start.
